It's Not a Party without Stationery from Bella Ink Designs

 (L) PH-177, It's A Party Invitation; (C) CC-234 You Did It Greeting; (R) CC-232 One of A Kind Greeting

Bella Ink Designs' 2014 party invitations and greetings are a vibrant mix of color and pattern, a signature of our #GIRLBOSS, Melissa Danaher.  She's been loving the DIY tassel banners showing up on wedding blogs and Pinterest, and incorporated the idea into her newest invitations and greetings.

If you're feeling confident about your DIY skills and want to create a tassel banner of your own, check out this instructional video on YouTube.  If not, you can always hit up Etsy's artisans and have a banner delivered right to your door.  EverlyLaneDesign offers boatloads of fun garland designs, and the option to customize one of your own.

Bella Ink products can be purchased at www.bellaink.com, or through one of our many retailers.  Visit our Find a Store page for a retailer near you.  The above designs should be available online and in stores by the end of the month.

Happy crafting!

Bella Ink's Best Selling Holiday Invitations

We  know what you're thinking because we think it every time we go into a mall.  It's too early for you to be shaking your jingle bell at me.  No, really Ms. Macy's Sales Associate manning the field of unnaturally colored Christmas trees, please don't shake those bells.  Why don't you put on a mask and jump out at me, instead?  That would be much more suitable for the current season.

Although we feel the holidays shouldn't even be whispered about until after Halloween (it's a grudging compromise), we're going to talk about the holidays here, today.  We apologize.  But we're doing it for a good reason.  You see, we start selling our holiday invitations to our retailers in May, and there are so many early birds out there (Grandma, purchased her gifts in August) that we would hate to have you feel left out.

Pictured on the blog today are two of our best-selling holiday party  invitations.  CH-40 (above) and CH-44 (below).  Be sure to visit your nearby Bella Ink retailer to reserve yours, today.  You can find a list of retailers HERE.  You can also purchase Bella Ink's holiday invitations and notes online.  InvitationsNotes.  (Yes, go now!)

In the next blog we'll return you to the regularly scheduled season... Fall and Halloween!  Macy's can have their Christmas trees for another few weeks, we'll be building mounds of leaves in the backyard, eating candy corn and planning our costumes.

Vote for Bella Ink in Martha Stewart's 2013 American Made Contest

1. Thermography Initial Note and Journal (D13/JD13); 2. 2014 Jewel Case Calendar; 3. BH-38 Invitation; 4. EF-150 Note

Bella Ink Designs is a contestant in Martha Stewart's 2013 "American Made" contest.  If you're a fan of Bella Ink, please head over to our contest page and VOTE for us!  (You may vote up to 6 times a day!)

What makes Bella Ink "American Made?"

1. Melissa Danaher, Bella Ink's fearless leader, founded this company in 2005.  She designed, sold, boxed and shipped from her dining room table in a suburb of Chicago.  Eventually, she moved the business into a larger studio and warehouse space in Lombard, IL before landing in Downers Grove, IL, where we're now located.

2. Danaher still hand-paints and hand-draws all her artwork before expertly combining colors, patterns and the aforementioned artwork on a single product.  She may be inspired by the world, but she designs at home or in the studio.

3. Our paper comes from Wisconsin!

4. Our products are printed in Illinois!

5. We pack, ship and glitter in Illinois!

6. Our glitter,  which is applied by hand (by request) in the Bella Ink studio before shipping, is from New Jersey!

We appreciate your vote!
